Welcome to 3Hats. We want a creative, respectful, and trustworthy space for artists, collectors, and visitors.

Use of the platform means you agree to follow these guidelines.

1. Be Respectful

Treat others with respect.

Do not post or send:

• harassment

• threats

• bullying

• hate speech

• discrimination

• abusive behaviour

• stalking or intimidation
  
  

2. Original Content Only

Only upload content you own or have permission to use.

Do not post:

• stolen artwork

• traced work presented as original

• copyrighted material without permission

• impersonations of other artists

• fake listings

3. Honest Selling

If you sell on 3Hats:

• describe items accurately

• use real photos/images

• disclose condition, size, medium, editions, delivery times

• honour completed sales

• communicate professionally
  

No scams, misleading listings, fake scarcity, or bait-and-switch tactics.

4. No AI-Generated Content

3Hats is a platform focused on human creativity.

You must not upload, list, sell, or distribute content that is wholly or substantially generated using artificial intelligence tools, including AI image, video, music, or text generation systems.

This includes content created using generative AI tools, prompts, automated rendering systems, or similar technologies.

Minor technical tools that do not generate the creative work itself (such as colour correction, resizing, cleanup, or standard editing tools) may be permitted.

Users must not misrepresent AI-generated content as handmade or original human-created work.

We may remove suspected AI-generated content and suspend or terminate accounts for repeated breaches.

5. Adult / Sensitive Content

Artistic nudity may be reviewed in context.

Not allowed:

• explicit pornography

• sexual exploitation

• minors in sexualised content

• extreme violence/gore

• illegal fetish content
  

We may age-restrict or remove borderline content.

6. No Illegal Activity

Do not use 3Hats for:

• fraud

• money laundering

• counterfeit goods

• stolen property

• illegal drugs/weapons

• terrorism/extremism promotion

• unlawful services
  
  

7. No Spam or Manipulation

Do not:

• mass message users

• fake engagement

• bot accounts

• misleading promotions

• repetitive spam comments

• scrape data or automate abuse
  
  

8. Privacy & Safety

Respect personal privacy.

Do not post or share:

• private addresses

• phone numbers

• payment details

• doxxing content

• private messages without consent
  
  

9. Comments, Messages & Community Use

Keep interactions constructive.

No abusive commission requests, harassment in DMs, pressure tactics, or repeated unwanted contact.

10. We May Moderate Content

We may review, restrict, label, remove content, suspend features, or close accounts where needed to protect users, comply with law, or maintain platform integrity.

11. Reporting Problems

If you see stolen art, scams, abuse, or harmful content, contact:

12. Guidelines Can Change

We may update these guidelines as 3Hats grows.

Creativity is welcome. Abuse, deception, theft, and harm are not.
